The 10,000 customized election T-shirts were used for campaign rally displays, volunteer uniforms, and voter interaction—key carriers for team image communication. Due to fixed election schedules and fierce competition, high requirements were set for color accuracy (matching the team's signature blue-white colors), wearing comfort (adapting to the Philippine tropical climate), and durability.

Laverne's team aimed to obtain 10,000 high-quality election T-shirts within 20 days, requiring:
① 100% color matching with team logos to strengthen visual unity;
② breathable and durable fabrics suitable for outdoor high-frequency promotion;
③ stable quality without defects to avoid damaging the campaign image. Ultimately, the T-shirts would enhance team recognition and support the smooth progress of campaign activities.
Challenges
Extreme Color Accuracy Requirements: The team's signature blue-white colors are core for voter recognition; color deviation could cause confusion. Strict consistency between sampling and mass production was required (ΔE ≤2).
Quality Scenario Binding: T-shirts needed to be used frequently in high temperatures, requiring "breathability", "print abrasion resistance", and "no deformation after multiple washes"—making fabric and process selection challenging.
Tight Delivery with Zero Tolerance: Delivery had to be completed before the intensive campaign period; the entire "sampling-production-inspection" process needed to be finished within 20 days, with delays potentially affecting promotion plans.
Solutions
5 Samplings to Lock Color Matching: A 3-person color calibration team output 5 color cards (for the team's core blue and white) within 48 hours, tested with professional colorimeters. The 5th sampling (ΔE=1.8) was approved; 30 pieces were rechecked before mass production to ensure consistency.
Rapid Supplier & Fabric Selection: 3 qualified suppliers were screened within 24 hours; 180g combed cotton fabric (breathability 3500g/(m²·24h), adapting to tropical climates) was customized.
